Jonathan and his wife, Bekah, grew up in Cumberland and Metcalfe Counties. Though they lived in small neighboring towns, they did not meet until they were in college. After a semester of European History, Jonathan asked Bekah to become his wife. Jonathan and Bekah have been blessed with four energetic children. The Clemens’ enjoy family adventures, exploring the countryside, board games, trips to the Creation Museum and Ark, local sports, and folk music.
Jonathan Clemens is the Senior Pastor of the First Baptist Church in Jackson, KY. He is a graduate of The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary, with a Master of Arts in Biblical Counseling, Reformed Baptist Seminary, with a Master of Theological Studies, and Liberty University, with a Bachelor of Science in [Christian] Religion.
